About Grounded Wellness Chiropractic
Grounded Wellness Chiropractic was founded on the belief that the whole family deserves access to thoughtful, individualized chiropractic care. We see patients from days old through every stage of life, at our Land O' Lakes location.
Our approach is holistic and patient-centered. We take the time to understand your history, your goals, and your lifestyle, then create a personalized plan to help you feel grounded and supported in your body.
The two Crystals first crossed paths as classmates at the National University of Health Sciences, where they discovered a shared philosophy about what chiropractic care should look like, built on genuinely listening to every patient. Today they bring that same philosophy to families across Land O' Lakes.
Prenatal & Pediatric
Dr. Crystal Corona, DC, CACCP
Dr. Corona holds CACCP certification and specializes in prenatal and pediatric care. She trained through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and uses the Webster Technique. She now sees patients from days old through seniors, with a particular emphasis on families navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and infant and child wellness.

Sports Medicine & Acupuncture
Dr. Crystal Venturino, DC
Dr. Venturino earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020 and holds a certification in acupuncture. She specializes in sports medicine, headache relief, and hormonal health, combining chiropractic adjusting with acupuncture, cupping therapy, KT taping, and rehabilitative exercise. As a travel sports mom herself, she has a special focus on caring for youth and high school athletes, alongside active adults of every fitness level.
